The Yom Kippur War Miracle

The Yom Kippur War MiracleOn Yom Kippur 1973, while Jews throughout Israel were fasting and praying in synagogues, Syria and Egypt launched an unprovoked surprise attack. At the outbreak of the war Israel’s tanks were outnumbered 10:1. That was before before Iraq, Morocco, Jordan and Saudi Arabia also sent tanks to drive Israel into the sea! In this video I get choked up as I explain how Israel winning the Yom Kippur war, was nothing short of a miracle and a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

The video below describes a miracle that happened on the Golan Heights during the Yom Kippur War. In what became known as "The Valley of Tears", a small Israeli force under Avigdor Kahalani held back the bulk of the Syrian army for four days, preventing them from overrunning Israel. After the war, General Raful Eitan, commander of Golan forces, told Kahalani, "You saved the Jewish People!" The most amazing part is that just when Kahalani's force was on the verge of collapse, the Syrians retreated!

Nehemia my friend, I think of you as my friend and brother though we have yet to meet face to face. Thank you for sharing these gems from Abba. I hope someday if you and Keith ever suspend rule #1 to be present, otherwise I have a feeling you might just be one of the 144,000, such is your love for our father and your great insights into His teachings. I personally am blessed by your presence on this earth, in ways I can not fully relate, but suffice it to say you are always in my prayers as you travel about. If I do not have the pleasure of meeting you before, then I will embrace you after the smoke clears. Shalom.

Some years ago I had the privilege of meeting an Israeli here in China where I live, who was involved in the Yom Kippur war as a soldier. He told me that he saw angels driving the enemy away and actually had no other words to describe what was happening before his very eyes than that is was a miracle.
