  1. Shalom. And holy kippur day to you and yours. I have a question about the ark of the covenant not being behind the curtain veil after the Babylonian destruction. When the Jews returned to rebuild the Temple without the ark of the covenant. Was true atonement really made since there was no ark to sprinkle the blood up on for the next 400 or 500 years of the second temple. Also would the high priest still go behind the veil with the absence of the ark. Also what do this what he perform behind the veil without the ark. Thank you and God bless

  2. Will you also be doing teachings on Sukkot? I really appreciate your sharing and adding this to our observance/worship of YeHoVah. It really helps brain comprehension to those who have not known before.

    Thank you

  3. Nehemia,
Do you feel Yom Kippur 2024 is properly calculated to start Friday night (under karaite reasoning)?

    • High Richard, Renewedmoon.com seem to go by the two Israel based witnesses approach and they put the sighting of the New Moon as Oct 04, sunset.. Hence our reckoning of Yom Kippur is sunset of Sunday, Oct 13. Nehemiah’s podcast shall thus be on the Day of Yom Kippur, “fully come” if I can borrow from ACT 2

If this happens to be the Jubilee cycle then the trumpets that day may well be the biggest event since the Resurrection.. I’m quietly and noisily hopeful..

How bizarre is it we are waiting on another Trump…

science should really be called speculative theology…. because what isn’t special revelation is speculation… and to the extent that it honours God there isn’t anything wrong with speculation…

If you happen to think this is a Jubilee cycle… even the 70th since Joshua marched in to the promised inheritance… you may be right…

    • We don’t do calculations. Yehovah requires observation. He states when the Barely is Aviv, then that will be the Begining of Months – meaning we can’t have a New Year until the Barely is Aviv. Then we must do the 2nd observation, New Moon Sighting from Israel.
So on Day 29 and then 30 if necessary of the month we look for the Crescent Moon.
Then we have a New Year.

Each following Month we look for the New Crescent Moon day 29 or 30.

When we finally reach Month 7 we now the 10th day of month 7 start Yom Kippur.

  4. Nehemia:
The way I see it from my understanding of the Holy Word is that the entire western world of Christianity was established by Rome. It has nothing to do with the apostles, nothing to do with the Holy Word, nothing to do with the Jews, nothing to do with Israel. As I understand it Rome anesthetized the
Biblical interpretation. As I am aware that Rome hates Israel and wants to conquer it as they revealed in the crusades. I can see the KJ translators were under the threat of Rome
and interpreted the Scriptures according to their culture. Ex. Jews did not sit up at tables, when Peter escaped from prison it was not Passover but Easter. The Lord’s Hem of
his garment is describing the Tzitzits which are acknowledged today by the Jews. There is so much to dig into and find the truth that mankind has been corralled into thinking
these pagan interpretations to build the Kingdom of the church – not the Kingdom of God. I want to hear your discussion on Yom Kipper. Thanks Nehemia.

    • You are absolutely richt Yvonne. I think that that is why most Jews don’t accept Jesjoea. Hé has been made unrecognizable by the christian Church, just as Joseph was unrecognizable to his brothers when he was king in Egypt.

I look forward to reading your comment!
