  1. Shalom, I know we are to read the Torah like there are no verse markers. That presents a question. The JPS seems to attach the first part of Leviticus 19:19 to verse 18. I believe that is the right way to understand this. Is there a reason why that I may have overlooked? I would like to have more of an idea why than just that it makes sense. Thank you.
